"Justice And Fairness To The Life And Soul"

Music piracy and illegal file sharing of copyrighted remains a major problem across the United States (mostly via illegal downloads and house-based CD burning) and all over the world. Continuous actions by the music industry have highlighted this sad fact. And despite the best efforts of music groups, authorities and concerned citizens, illegal file sharing and blatant music copyright infraction continue to be a major problem.
There are questions as to the fair use of copyrighted music, like in school. Despite the best efforts and great intentions in allowing copyrighted materials use for educational purposes, it does not mean that there is a license, nor the tolerance, for piracy. In the realm of "in aide of learning", there is no such thing as a hardcore violation, but things are interpreted in the hazy areas and grey zones.
In order for the use to be legal, the copyrighted material in the project cannot be used for personal satisfaction, nor be sold to other parties outside of the stated project. And definitely nothing for profit. Any actions outside of this allowed area, the copied material breaches the allowed premise, and thus become music piracy.
Readers are encouraged to uphold fairness and morality, and to oppose music piracy by refusing to play illegally-burned CDs in school, or anywhere for that matter. This simple step helps in a great way in perpetuating fairness and justice to people whose life and soul is in the materials that we are enjoying.
